I recently saw this movie and loved it! I also loved the book and its one of my favourite South African novels. You don't need to be a boy to understand this book, its all about growing up and we all have the same experiences. The movie was hilarious and I enjoyed every minute of it!

But I have to say TIE!

Book vs Movie

I loved the movie! It was very visually pleasing. The book on the other hand was brilliant! There were a few things that were left out of the movie that I missed. I also found that the casting was very well done!

I find Iorek Byrnison more "real" and impressive in the Movie than in the book tho.

But nevertheless I have to say... Book

I LOVED this movie, and I enjoyed the book. The book had some extra pieces i loved, but it was different from the movie. The movie characters have more personality in my opinion and its more fun!

Both of these were entertaining and fun. I always like seeing characters on screen, but i also like the little things that are left out of movies.

Harry Potter books 1-6 vs Harry Potter Movies 1-6

I love these books and these movies! I am a proper Harry Potter addict, with a wand and all. I love to see how the movies turn out, and I always enjoy them.

True they leave a lot out! But what can you expect from such detailed books having to be made into 1 movie.

Although I love the movies, there is no doubt in my mind that the books are better!

Vampire Diaries books vs Vampire Diaries TV series

Ok definitely the TV Series! There is no question about it. I gave the first two books 3 stars, and the 3rd one 4 stars. But the 4th one... what happened lol

And who can deny the sexiness of Damon??

Also there is more action, and its just plain visually appealing :)

Sookie Stackhouse vs True Blood

I love the books, and i love the series! But i must say if it comes to choosing, i would have to choose True Blood. Its more gritty, and it shows the good bits the whole 50 mins long!

Also the actors are brilliant!
