At what age did you stop waiting for your Hogwarts Letter?

.

Or are you like me and convinced that it is coming any day now?

You're supposed to stop waiting?
I'm still positive that my owl is taking a very circuitous route to my house that may be taking it 10 years to get here.
One day it will arrive... :P

I'm always waiting! The only difference is that I'm not going through the mail with a comb everyday anymore, LOL. But I don't think you ever stop waiting! We always wish something magical will come one day...

I got on to the Harry wagon right when I turned 11 so the thought didn't even occur to me that I could get one too. Haha.

The night I turned 11, I really was very hopeful-- not just wistful, but really a little expectant, and waiting to get that owl. The funny thing is that I didn't believe in Santa Claus at that point, but Hogwarts is a different matter. :)

I'm still hopeful, of course, but one day I hope that I can share the books with my kids or nieces and nephews or whatever, and they can have that feeling of the eleventh birthday and waiting for a Hogwarts owl, too.
