"Evie’s always thought of herself as a normal teenager, even though she works for the International Paranormal Containment Agency, her ex-boyfriend is a faerie, she’s falling for a shape-shifter, and she’s the only person who can see through paranormals’ glamours.
But Evie’s about to realize that she may very well be at the center of a dark faerie prophecy promising destruction to all paranormal creatures.

So much for normal."

This book was such a treat! It reminded me of Men In Black crossed with X-men and Legally Blonde thrown in!

Evie is such a hardcore character and she does it all in pink boots and a pink rhinestones taser! She doesn't' try and fit the "normal" heroine type by being aloof, dangerous or even self centred. Instead she is unique and quirky! And that is all thanks to Kiersten White.

The characters were honest and it had a nice feel to it all. It was fast paced and it will definitely bring out the sense of fun in you!

I can't wait for the next one!

"Bleep stupid bleep bleep faeries and their bleep bleep bleep obsessions. He had better stop bleep bleep bleep the bleep bleep rules or I will bleep bleep bleep the little bleeeeeeep.” All in a completely robotic monotone."
"I hate the vamp jobs. They think they're so suave. It's not enough for them to slaughter and eat youlike a zombie would. No, they want to be all sexy, too. And trust me: vampires? Not. Sexy."

Really need to read this one, and I love the vamp quote! Love the new look, too, Lu.
