ha ha... I'll just copy your list.
I'm sooooooooo with you -- I really can't stand books like that -- the titles alone make me cranky!
Also, BOO! :)
Lu- I'd never read any of those books either can you say Boring with a capital B. I do have some recommendations for you while I was trolling for new releases, they are older so you might have already read them-Sphinx's Princess and Sphinx's Queen(new release) about Nefertiti. and Nobody's Prize about Helen of Troy. I don't know if she was real or not. Not sure if that is one of those archaeological debates like Atlantis or what. These are all historical fiction but thought you might like them.

And thank you, I had a great weekend it was a three day weekend due to Columbus day. Poor Amerigo Vespuci, he got the country named after him, but he doesn't get a day for discovering America before Columbus.
LOL I don't think I would read any on your list! Political books really don't interest me either.
I know I would never read any of the books on your list, also I would never read books about witches, wizards, werewolves, paranormal or blood, guts and beer books, if you get my drift. And the Harry Potter books would never be read by me, no matter how much hype is out there about them.
Thanks for visiting my blog.
Haha, I am honestly so happy inside to see Anne Coulter on so many of these lists.
Guess you and I were on the same wave length. I just didn't bother to look up the titles of any of the scree by Beck and company.
Yes. I definitely agree with the books on your "will not read" list -- and I'm sure I could add a few more. Made me smile reading this. :)
and ... um.... BOO!!!!!!
Oh man...I forgot Ann Coulter when I made my list...That woman is scary..and I can't imagine anyone wanting to read anything she's written.
Glad to see Laura Schlessinger on that list!
Some of mine are:
The Secret by Rhonda Byrne (and pretty much any other self-help book)
The rest of the Twilight series (the first one had enough bad writing and stupidity to last me a lifetime)
Harry Potter (sorry Lu!)
Romance novels
Thanks so much for the suggestions Buried In Books!
Lol Lauren you don't know what you are missing! :P
Bwahahaha. I also wouldn't read any of Ann Coultier's books if someone gave me the world on a golden platter.
